Quality Inspection
Pack the garments securely in their original packaging and wait for our courier partner to perform a brief on-site quality check during pickup.
Reverse Logistics
Once picked up, your package will be shipped back to our fulfillment center where our experts will verify the condition of the artisanal fabrics.
Refund Processing
After approval, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
